SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders will be shipped by GROUND, and should arrive within 10 days from the date of
your order. You will receive an email from us when you order ships, along with a tracking number. Orders normally ship
within 3-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). If there is a reason we cannot ship your order within 4
business days, we will notify you. WE DON NOT SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONALLY OR TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES.
WARRANTY: All POWER SAVE units come with a comprehensive 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
OUR RETURN POLICY: If you wish to return your Power Save unit to us for an exchange, all return requests must be
made within 30 days of receipt of the item. The following conditions apply:

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless your unit is defective or was damaged during shipping. In this case, we will
issue a replacement. YOU MUST CALL US AT 1-866-704-2427 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). An
RMA number will be issued to you and this number must accompany your return order. Merchandise must be
returned within 10 business days of the RMA being issued.
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new, unused condition. Items must not
have been installed or modified in any way. You must include all the original literature and accessories
(instructions, wires, etc) that accompanied the unit.
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We insure all Power Save units when we ship them,
and we will follow the delivery carrier's protocol (USPS or FedEx) for damage claims in the event that your parcel
arrives in damaged condition.
- NOTE: YOU MUST CONTACT US AND OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER FROM US IN ORDER FOR A RETURN TO BE
PROCESSED. ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS WIILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS sent to us without an RMA
authorization. We are not responsible for items ‘refused’ or sent back without our permission and/or
proper RMA documentation.
